Blood OS State Assay Services

Blood OS State Assay Services

Failure of the finely tuned homeostatic system that maintains oxidative homeostasis is part of the pathology of almost all known human diseases. There are in the bloodstream many individual components and pathways that can maintain oxidative homeostasis. One or more of these may be altered in disease, and each biomarker provides a certain amount of information that varies between giving a systemic range of oxidative stress and assessing oxidative stress in a particular disease.

As a leader in the field of cellular stress, Creative Bioarray offers its clients the service of judging the comprehensive oxidative stress (OS) status of the blood. In addition to testing for biomarkers in the blood, we also test for active substances in white blood cells and platelets.

Service Applications

The results of our tests are expected to help our clients to

  • Detect and differentiate the type of lesion in the body
  • Gain insight into the oxidative stress of specific disease progression or pathological components
  • Understand the impact of external influences such as drug candidates, chemicals, etc. on the redox status of the blood/body
  • Detect substrates or targets of oxidation

Measurement of Reactive Species in Leukocytes and Platelets

Flow cytometry is one of the most powerful tools for single-cell analysis of the immune system. We have access to many fluorescent probes for the detection of active substances with varying degrees of specificity and sensitivity. Our fluorescent probes for the detection of active substances in blood cells by flow cytometry include, but are not limited to
