As an expert in the field of cell stress, we can provide customers with one-stop services. At the same time, our experimental scheme is very flexible. Customers can choose different schemes according to their own needs.

Selection of cell lines

A stress model was established based on selected cardiac myocytes. We prefer the H9c2 cell line, which is a commonly used and readily available cell line. If you need to use other cell lines, you may need to provide them or authorize us to purchase them.

In addition, our commonly used stressors include sodium arsenite, a high glucose environment, and hypoxia/reoxygenation. The modeling method in a high sugar environment is more suitable.

Selection of induction method

Unless otherwise specified, we usually use H2O2 as a stressor, which is a cheap and commonly used modeling method with high modeling efficiency. The myocardial oxidative stress model established by H2O2 can meet most research purposes.

For some specific research purposes, we will also actively recommend more appropriate induction schemes for customers. For example, in our research on the relationship between diabetes and the myocardial system, we will use a high glucose environment to induce cellular oxidative stress. We will also stimulate the oxidative stress of myocardial cells in ischemic heart disease through hypoxia/reoxygenation.

We usually use hydrogen peroxide, or other substances as a source of oxidative stress. According to customer requirements, provide anti-oxygen free radical drug / antioxidant administration experiment, pharmaceutical pharmacology, efficacy evaluation, and pharmacokinetic analysis.

Scheme 2 - Anti-Oxygen Free Radical Drug / Antioxidant Screening Service

The customer provides established stress cell lines or oxidatively damaged tissues. After cell or tissue culture, we provide anti oxygen free radical drug / antioxidant administration experiment, pharmaceutical pharmacology, efficacy evaluation, and pharmacokinetic analysis. We can screen and evaluate the candidate drugs you provide, and also evaluate the antioxidant drugs you select.
