MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs of 18-25 nucleotides that are key to many new discoveries related to biological phenomena and pathology, and are specific targets for diagnostic and prognostic applications.
Oxidative stress stimulates the production of several miRNAs, which are termed oxidative stress-responsive miRNAs. they further play a role in linking dysregulated antioxidant defense systems to an unbalanced redox state. These miRNAs have been identified as potential targets for the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular, liver and neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, sepsis and different types of cancer.
Creative Bioarray can provide clients with oxidative stress-related microRNA assays at the extracellular and/or intracellular levels and diagnostic and prognostic assessment of diseases in target experimental animals by analyzing the expression levels of the target miRNAs. Research on the functional and regulatory aspects of oxidative stress-related miRNAs will provide new directions for the discovery of new diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers.

RNA samples. Take appropriate amount of fresh tissues, homogenize and extract total RNA, and provide RNA quality test chart.
Tissue samples. Take appropriate amount (50-100mg) of tissue preserved in liquid nitrogen.
Blood samples. Add coagulant and centrifuge, take serum, plasma or whole blood for analysis.
Cell samples. Take 107 cells, aspirate the culture fluid and then extract RNA with TRIZOL reagent.
