Job Description
We are looking for experimental scientists who can help our company develop new cell stress detection technology and cell stress model establishment related services, including cell stress level assessment service, customized stress cell establishment service and customized cell metabolism level assessment service. Responsibility
- Develop new cell stress detection services and products according to market demand.
- Manage the whole team as the general manager of the experimental department.
- Share new information and technologies related to cell stress, and train and demonstrate laboratory staff.
- Evaluate the service needs of customers and discuss the service content of the project with customers.
- Develop new cell stress service projects, including scheme design, feasibility analysis, scheme implementation, data collection, optimization and verification, and report the progress.
Qualifications
- Doctor, majoring in cell biology.
- Strong working ability will be the innovation direction of cell stress service project.
- Strong management ability, able to unite and cooperate and do their own work well.
- Good communication skills, able to communicate well and effectively with customers and teams.
- Strong sense of responsibility, quality first, customer-centered.
