Immunohistochemistry Detection Service of ROS

Immunohistochemistry Detection Service of ROS

Because the long-term imbalance between cellular ROS production and elimination is associated with aging of the body and the onset and progression of many diseases including neurodegenerative diseases and cancer, it is important to be able to assess cellular ROS levels in clinical patient tissue samples or animal models to re-enact disease. Creative Bioarray offers our customers immunohistochemical solutions to assess cellular oxidative stress levels. This protocol can also be applied to any tissue of interest to detect DNA adducts, protein oxidation, and other lipid peroxidation products by immunohistochemistry.

Service Overview

Detection of ROS levels is commonly used in studies of apoptosis, aging, autophagy, inflammation, ischemia-reperfusion injury, neurodegenerative diseases, etc.

  • Deparaffinization of tissue slides
  • Rehydration of tissue slides
  • Antigen retrieval
  • Immunohistochemical staining of tissue slides
  • Dehydration and mounting of tissue slides

Immunohistochemistry Detection Service of ROS Frozen sections of fresh or frozen tissue or live cells Frozen sections are stored at -20°C. If you want to do live cell staining, you can provide us with bottles of cells to culture in our cell room and make crawl sheets. Live cell experiments may be shed during the operation, especially the cells that have been treated with drugs or damage are more serious, and the experimental results may have fewer cells Cells are cultured and processed in our company.
