The sales manager is responsible for selling our products and services, including cell stress assay program development, customized stressed cell model establishment services and cell stress assay product sales services covering a wide range of research fields.
Responsibility
- Promote the sales of cell stress services and products.
- Lead the sales team and manage the sales staff.
- Actively looking for new customers and maintaining existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide professional cell stress technical support.
- Make the sales plan according to the sales situation and ensure the implementation of the sales plan.
- Customer oriented, keep close contact with customers for a long time and understand their requirements.
- According to the market feedback, coordinate the sales department with other functional departments to ensure the maximum utilization of resources.
Qualifications
- PhD in biology or biochemistry related fields.
- Quick thinking and excellent negotiation skills.
- Good at understanding people and coordinating teamwork.
- Familiar with the principle, operation and application of cell stress assay and analysis.
- Positive and enthusiastic, good communication skills with customers.
